Exchanges & Returns

In order to make your shopping experience at Naked Bun more satisfactory, we disclose the exchanges and returns conditions.

 

Product exchanges and returns can be made within 15 days if the product does not show any signs of use. Thus, the products must contain all the respective labels and packaging. If the product does not meet all of the requirements, the exchange or return may be refused.

Shipping costs for items for exchanges/returns are at the customers' expense, with the following exceptions, an order error or defective item. However, the subsequent shipment of the replacement product is at the brand's responsibility. No exchanges or returns are accepted for personalized items.

IF AN INCORRECT ITEM IS RECEIVED: We ask that you contact us through our email nakedbunswimwear@gmail.com so that we can guide you through the next steps and proceed to exchange the item.

 

RETURNS DUE TO MANUFACTURING ERROR: All Naked Bun items undergo a prior quality control. However, in case of receipt of a defective item, we ask that you send an email with a photographic proof, so that we can proceed with the evaluation and subsequent exchange or return of the product. The return of products with manufacturing defects does not entail any additional expenses for the consumer.

The time limit for exchanges and returns is two weeks from the moment of receipt of the product. The user may opt for the same product, or for a different product within the same prices. If the product is not available, we will be able to return the amount through the respective payment method.
